You can feel confident buying from us. We have great feedback and charge actual shipping fees! We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. Once you are ready to purchase please Email me at RodCrochiere@hotmail.com  with your full name and address and clearly state whether shipping will be to a business or residence, so I can quote you UPS or Fedex shipping rates. FedEx UPS charges surcharges to home addresses so note that shipping to a business will be cheaper for you. Shipping may take up to ten days, shipping tracking numbers available upon request. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding our product availability, and auction item information at RodCrochiere@hotmail.com. Items will be shipped within 1-4 days after payment is received depending on shipping schedules unless rush delivery is requested.

SHIPPING COST FOR USA ONLY...Canada and other countries will cost more depending on your location IF THE PRODUCT STATES USA ONLY then we only ship to USA on the item. EMAIL FOR SHIPPING COST FIRST!

Warranty

The items we carry may be from off lease, overstock or demanufactured sources. We do our best to test, evaluate and describe the items we put up for auction. If we say it works it was tested and is in operating condition. During the packaging process or shipping damage can occur due to acts of God. If it does not work and it was stated working condition you will get a full refund. Serial numbers are taken from all items to prevent any sort of fraud.  If you don’t see it in the picture or read about it in the auction then it is not included. Please email us with ANY questions to prevent any miscommunications. We will gladly do our best to help you get the information you need prior to auction end. If there is a warranty included it will be stated in the description or ask. Otherwise we sell all items as is. We do not intentionally misrepresent any items so if there are ANY problems please email immediately for assistance.
